1. General Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled according to the terms outlined below. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

2. Visas

Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the relevant authorities. In case of visa rejection, paid amounts will be refunded excluding visa fees and administrative service charges.

3. Flight Tickets

Flight ticket cancellation policies are subject to the terms of the respective airline. Some tickets are non-refundable or non-changeable. We will clarify the ticket terms before completing the booking.

4. Hajj & Umrah Trips

Hajj and Umrah trips are subject to a special cancellation policy due to the advance arrangements required. Cancellation terms are specified in the booking contract for each trip.

5. Tour Packages

Tour packages are subject to the general cancellation schedule mentioned above, unless otherwise specified in the package details.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.
