All bookings are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Full payment or the required initial deposit must be made to confirm the booking. Displayed prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
The traveler is responsible for ensuring passport validity and obtaining necessary visas. We assist with visa processing but do not guarantee approval. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
Bookings can be modified subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
We act as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We make every effort to ensure the quality of services provided but are not responsible for any changes or cancellations by service providers.
We advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Hajj and Umrah trips include basic health insurance as required by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are not liable for any delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, or any other force majeure event.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
